Definition of Overweight Order

Sometimes, users may receive a warning message indicating that the current order is overweight and cannot proceed, as shipping delivery cannot be completed in this case.
Note That:
– If the current checkout list contains products from other shops, you can still proceed to checkout.
– If the current shop detects that the order is overweight, all product items from that shop will be held back in the shopping cart.
– 30kg Limit: Each shop has a weight limit of 30kg for non-virtual products.
– Virtual Products: Virtual products have no weight; however, if they are in the same shop as overweight non-virtual products, you still cannot check out for that shop. Orders from other shops remain unaffected.
– No Split Orders: You cannot split orders, so please reduce the total weight to proceed.
