How To Checkout

To checkout product , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the shopping cart page (for guidance on how to access it, refer to “How to Access Shopping Cart“). Select the product you wish to check out by ticking the product selection icon.
Note That: You can also select all products in the shopping cart by clicking the “Select All” button at the bottom of the cart.

Step 2: After selecting the product you want to check out, scroll to the bottom to select a voucher if available (for instructions on how to use a voucher, refer to “How to Use Voucher”). Then, review the total amount and click the “Checkout” button once you’ve confirmed your selection.

Step 3: You will now be on the final checkout page. Users can select the address where they wish to send the order by clicking on the address option at the top.

Note That: 
– Users without an address (who haven’t added any addresses through the address book) will receive a warning message, as they cannot proceed with shipping.
– Users without an address can add one by accessing the address book during checkout by clicking the address option (for instructions, refer to “How to Add Address“).
– Virtual products can proceed without an address, but non-virtual products cannot. Even if the same shop offers both virtual and non-virtual products, the non-virtual products cannot be checked out without an address,

Step 4: Next, check all product items to ensure that the variations and quantities are correct. If needed, users can also add a message to the seller by typing it in the “Message for Seller” field.

Step 5: After confirming your order, select a payment method to proceed by clicking the “Payment Method” option in the payment details section

Step 6: After selecting a payment method, users can also deselect or choose another voucher by clicking the “Platform Voucher” option. (For instructions on how to select or use vouchers, refer to “How to Use Voucher.“)

Step 7: Finally, review the checkout summary and total payment. Once you’ve confirmed everything, click the “Place Order” button to complete the process.

Step 8: The seller will receive your order, and you will see a Payment Success interface.
Note That: If the order payment fails, the order status will change to “To Pay,” pending user payment to proceed.
