How to Check Refund Detail

Buyers can view the refund details once the seller and VMall Admin have approved the refund. However, they can only access this information after receiving approval. To check the refund details, follow the steps below:
Note That: 
– Regardless of whether the refund is approved or rejected, the order details will still show both the “Completed” and “Refund” statuses.
– The refund details will only display the specific product(s) the buyer requested for a refund.

Method 1 (Check From Status “Completed”)
Step 1: Go to status “Completed” (How to access ? Refer How To Track Order Status) then find and press the order which you requested for refund.
Note That: 
– Orders that are in this status will just display the product without refund or refund unsuccessful. 

Step 2: Once you’re in the order details, you’ll see a “View Refund Detail” button at the top, which provides a summary of the refund information. Click on this button to view the refund details.

Step 3: You will then be directed to the refund order details page, which contains all the information about the refund you requested.

Method 2 (Check From Status “Refund”)
Step 1: Go to status “Refund” (How to access ? Refer How To Track Order Status) then find and press the order which you requested for refund.
Note That: 
– On every order right top corner will display the status for refund (Approved or Rejected)
– Only product that requested for refund will display in every order

Step 2: Locate and select the order for which you requested a refund. The refund order details, along with all relevant information, will then be displayed.
Note That:
– If the refund is rejected, a note from the VMall Admin will be visible in the details.
