How to Cancel Order

Users can only cancel orders that are in the “To Pay” status. Orders that have failed payment will be moved to this status and are pending cancellation. To cancel an order, follow the steps below:
Note That: 
– Product items in this status are reserved and locked; after cancellation, they will be released back to the shop.
– Orders pending payment in this status will be removed after a specified time (as displayed in the order details).
– Partial product item cancellations are not allowed.

Step 1: Go to your profile and find the “To Pay” option in the My Orders section.

Step 2: After clicking on the “To Pay” option, the orders pending payment will appear. Click on the order you wish to cancel.

Step 3: Confirm that all product items in the order are the ones you want to cancel. Then, scroll to the bottom and click the “Cancel Order” option.

Step 4: After clicking, you will be navigated to the “Order Cancellation” page, where you will need to select a “Reason” for the cancellation and leave a remark if necessary. 

Step 5: After filling in all the information, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. 
Note That: After cancellation, the order will be moved to the “Cancellation” status.
